Role Overview
Relationship Manager at MIRA Construction. The role is based on-site with the sales team, focused on real estate property sales and client relationship management.
Role Purpose
Generate property sales revenue by identifying and converting leads, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle while meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation & Conversion
- Generate and convert leads into successful property sales.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial projects.
Administration & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as CRM, finance, and legal to ensure smooth booking and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience with a real estate developer.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the real estate sales process and customer lifecycle.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- CRM system proficiency.
