Role Overview
Relationship Manager (Developer Experience) at MIRA Construction, based in UAE.
Role Purpose
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure their needs are met, provide exceptional service, and drive business growth through effective relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster business development.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and support.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients.
Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Handle multiple assignments and manage competing priorities.
Business Development & Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote and build client relationships.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 years or more experience in relationship management with a developer company in UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
