Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Support

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide banking solutions.
• Maintain client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Relationship & Business Development

• Manage client relationships and develop business opportunities.

Loan Operations

• Process loan applications and documentation.
• Support the Digital Solutions Team (DST) in loan-related services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Banking or financial services background preferred.
• Customer service excellence.
• Sales and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of loan products and processes.
