Relationship Associate - Citi Commercial Bank (UAE Nationals Only)

Role Overview

Relationship Associate at Citi Commercial Bank in the UAE. This role is open to UAE Nationals only. This is a full-time position.

Role Purpose

Provide day-to-day client servicing and support within Commercial Bank operations. Monitor, assess, analyze and evaluate processes and data to identify policy gaps, formulate recommendations, and deliver quality services that drive impact across the client servicing function.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Issue Resolution

• Provide day-to-day client servicing and handle timely resolution to client issues including KYC and Onboarding.
• Validate client data and documentation in relevant systems.
• Coordinate and follow-up across internal departments to solve client needs.

Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze client data and provide reporting as needed.
• Interpret data and make recommendations.
• Research and interpret factual information.
• Identify inconsistencies in data or results.

Policy & Process Improvement

• Identify policy gaps and formulate policies.
• Define business issues and formulate recommendations on policies, procedures or practices.
• Provide feedback to clients related to emerging product needs, competitive practice and ideas on process or product improvement.

Risk & Compliance Management

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made.
• Demonstrate particular consideration for the firm's reputation.
• Safeguard Citigroup, its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Adhere to Policy and apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices.
• Escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
