Role Purpose
Support the NMC Nursing Mission, Vision, and Values by delivering safe and outstanding care to NICU patients and their families. Work collaboratively with team members to uphold the NMC Nursing Strategy and provide exemplary clinical excellence every time.

Patient Care & Advocacy
- Deliver safe, compassionate, individualized care to every patient.
- Recognize and honor the uniqueness of each patient.
- Advocate for patients and their interests.
- Provide care to patients and their bystanders consistently.

- Manage own professional re-licensure.
Collaboration & Operations

- Work across departments when necessary.
- Work on call when required.

Qualifications & Experience
- Hold an appropriate license to work as a registered nurse in the relevant regulatory health authority.
- Possess all qualifications and experience mandated by the regulatory health authority.
- Hold a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
Skills & Competencies
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken and written).
- Communicate effectively in Arabic (desirable).
- Demonstrate organizational and administrative skills.
- Use electronic medical record platform for clinical documentation.
Additional Information
- Willingness to work across departments and on call when necessary is required.
