Role Overview

Registered Nurse at NMC Healthcare. The post holder will always work within the scope of practice, putting the health, wellbeing and safety of their patient first as they assess, plan, implement and evaluate their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement clinical interventions to address patient health and wellbeing.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care delivery and adjust approaches as needed.
• Prioritize patient health, wellbeing and safety in all decisions and actions.

Departmental Flexibility

• Work across departments when necessary to support organizational needs.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Hold an appropriate license to work as a registered nurse in the relevant regulatory health authority with all qualifications and experience these mandates require.
• Manage your own professional re-licensure.
• Hold a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.

Desirable

• Demonstrated ability to work as part of an inter-professional team.
• Organizational and administrative skills to use the electronic medical record platform for clinical documentation.

Skills & Competencies

Essential

• Communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken and written).

Desirable

• Communicate effectively in Arabic.
