Role Purpose
Provide comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to women and families throughout their pregnancy journey while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Provide high-quality antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care
- Deliver home-based maternity services where applicable
- Commit to safe, respectful, and evidence-based care
Collaboration & Support
- Support women and families throughout their pregnancy journey
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
Education & Practice Development
- Participate in health education and promote best practices in maternal and newborn care
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Midwifery
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in hospital or community midwifery
- Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license or eligibility as a Registered Midwife

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Evidence-based practice
