Role Overview

Recruitment Specialist - Real Estate Brokerage at Asico, based at Dubai South Headquarters, Dubai.

Role Purpose

Manage end-to-end recruitment across real estate brokerage and corporate functions for a multi-company group, sourcing and hiring brokers, sales agents, support staff, and corporate professionals while maintaining hiring pipelines and ensuring timely position closure.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate brokers, sales agents, and support staff.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate professionals and corporate talent.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions across the Group.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with management and department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Handle hiring requirements for multiple departments and companies within the Group, including operations, administration, HR, finance, marketing, customer service, and other support functions.

Hiring Process

• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
• Handle onboarding and documentation for new hires.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience in the UAE.
• Mandatory experience in Real Estate Brokerage recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring real estate brokers and corporate staff.
• Strong knowledge of UAE hiring practices and labor market.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and job portals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
