Role Purpose

Oversee all recreation-related operations including pool, fitness center, and food & beverage services, activities, and programming while leading the recreation team and ensuring exceptional service standards that make every guest stay memorable.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Supervision

• Supervise recreation operations including pool, fitness center, and food & beverage services, activities, and programming.
• Oversee recreation setup including chair and cabana setup, towel service, and personalized poolside amenities.
• Manage furniture setup for special events.

Team Leadership

• Train, schedule, and supervise team members.
• Lead the recreation team to deliver consistent hospitality excellence.

Guest Service

• Monitor service quality across all recreation areas.
• Engage with guests to assess satisfaction.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Inventory & Supply Management

• Oversee linen, amenities, and food & beverage inventory.
• Ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
• Minimize loss and waste.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Uphold alcohol awareness requirements.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
