Role Purpose

Lead engaging recreational and entertainment activities for resort guests, creating memorable experiences for adults and families. Conduct activities, promote guest participation, and ensure all programs are delivered safely, professionally, and in line with hotel and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Activities & Programming

• Plan and conduct daily recreational and entertainment activities for resort guests.
• Conduct guest activities such as Aqua Aerobics, Aqua Zumba, Aqua Gym, pool games, and other fun team-building activities.
• Organize and participate in various indoor and outdoor recreational activities for adults and families.
• Assist with and conduct evening entertainment activities such as karaoke nights, games, and other guest activities.

Guest Engagement

• Maintain regular and friendly interaction with guests and ensure a high level of guest engagement and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests of different nationalities and age groups.
• Engage and entertain guests of different nationalities and age groups.

Operations & Safety

• Manage the recreation and activity area and ensure activities are conducted safely and professionally.
• Ensure all activities and equipment are properly prepared, maintained, and used safely.
• Assist in supervising and coordinating the recreation team during daily operations.

General Duties

• Be energetic, enthusiastic, creative, and confident in engaging guests and leading activities.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a hotel or resort animation or recreation environment, preferably within a five-star resort.
• Previous experience in guest relations, recreation, entertainment, or resort activities is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong ability to engage and entertain guests of different nationalities and age groups.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Energy, enthusiasm, creativity, and confidence in engaging guests and leading activities.
