Role Purpose
To deliver exceptional guest experiences in recreation facilities and activities by ensuring all operational tasks meet service standards, preventing complaints, and proactively supporting fellow team members with the guest's interests at the center.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Ensure all operational tasks are conducted in line with service standards and procedures.
- Go the extra mile where possible.
- Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
Team Collaboration
- Proactively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with guests' interests at heart.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of similar experience in a 5-star hospitality industry.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience for those required to manage teams.
- High school diploma minimum required; college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Strong command of spoken English; additional language is an asset.
