Role Purpose
To ensure exceptional recreation experiences for guests in a highly empowered environment, representing the brand throughout the guest journey to deliver a flawless service experience and ensure each guest has a safe and energized experience from welcome until farewell.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Standards
- Ensure all operational tasks are conducted in line with service standards and procedures.
- Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
Guest Experience
- Go the extra mile where possible.
- Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the guests' interests at heart.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of similar experience in a 5-star hospitality industry.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience for those required to manage teams.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Strong command of spoken English; additional languages are an asset.
