Role Overview
Receptionist - Russian Speaker at Radisson Hotel Group. This is a guest-facing role at a hotel property within the Radisson Hotel Group, one of the world's largest hotel groups operating more than 1,460 hotels in 95+ countries across ten distinctive hotel brands.

Role Purpose
The Receptionist / Host role ensures guests experience a seamless journey from arrival through departure. You will be the go-to person for all hotel services, amenities, events and local information, delivering authentic, fun and flexible service that radiates Radisson energy while supporting Front Office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Experience
- Guide guests through self-check-in and self-check-out kiosks to ensure the journey starts smoothly.
- Be the primary point of contact for all guest questions about hotel services, amenities, happenings and local recommendations.
- Solve guest questions and concerns promptly to prevent small issues from becoming larger problems.
- Ensure every interaction radiates Radisson energy—authentic, fun and flexible.
Operations & Coordination
- Connect guests with the right departments when needed, making the whole hotel feel like one unified team supporting the guest.
- Support the Front Office with essential operational tasks that maintain energy and seamless flow.
Qualifications & Experience
- Fluent in Russian and English.
- Experience working with IT systems and technology.
- Passion for Music, Art and Fashion is valued.
