Role Overview
Receptionist at Hilton Hotels. You will deliver exceptional hospitality by creating memorable guest experiences during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
Role Purpose
To ensure seamless arrival and departure processes while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality. You will greet guests with warmth, handle transactions accurately, provide comprehensive hotel and local knowledge, and resolve guest concerns with care and urgency.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Welcome & Check-In
- Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
- Complete the check-in process, including verifying details, assigning rooms, and issuing keys.
- Provide welcome materials and bell service assistance.
Check-Out & Payments
- Process guest departures by verifying charges and handling payments.
- Issue receipts and use the point-of-sale system accurately.
Guest Service & Knowledge
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, and promotions.
- Provide local area information to assist with guest inquiries.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with care and urgency.
- Manage messages and communications effectively.
Revenue Optimization
- Use up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities.
- Maximize room and service revenue through informed service delivery.
