Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out and beyond. Work as an integral part of the Front Office Team to ensure all aspects of the guest journey are executed to the highest level while maintaining smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Ensure all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
• Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction
• Exude patience, empathy and personality to host the experience
• Create extraordinary service experiences

Front Office Operations

• Work as part of the team to ensure smooth running of the front office department
• Demonstrate flexibility and a positive Yes I Can! attitude
