Role Purpose

To specialize in connecting clients with upcoming projects, guide investors and end-users through off-plan purchases, and maximize sales opportunities in Dubai's fast-growing property market by maintaining strong client relationships and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationships & Advisory

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.

Sales & Business Development

• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven sales experience in Dubai; luxury sector preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to self-generate business.
• Strong investment mindset and market understanding.

Skills & Competencies

• Professional, ambitious and performance-driven.
• Fluency in English (mandatory), plus German, Italian, Spanish, French, Czech, or Russian.
• Proficiency with CRM, Geniemap, Property Monitor, Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
