Role Purpose

Connect clients with upcoming real estate projects, guide investors and end-users through off-plan purchases, and maximize sales opportunities in Dubai's fast-growing property market by leveraging multilingual capabilities to serve European clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, return on investment, and market trends.

Business Development

• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
• Demonstrate ability to self-generate business.

Sales & Events

• Conduct property presentations and attend project launches.
• Represent the company at real estate events.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven sales experience in Dubai, with luxury sector experience preferred.
• Strong investment mindset and market understanding.
• Demonstrated ability to self-generate business.

Skills & Competencies

• Professional and ambitious demeanor with performance-driven mindset.
• Fluency in English (mandatory), German, Italian, French, Spanish, Russian, and Czech.
• Proficiency with CRM, Geniemap, Property Monitor, Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
