Real Estate Agent position based in Dubai with Betterhomes, a leading real estate company in the emirate.

Role Purpose
To drive sales and leasing transactions by building strong client relationships, leveraging market opportunities, and delivering results in a fast-paced, competitive real estate environment while contributing to the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients throughout the sales and leasing process.
- Deliver results through proactive engagement and strong negotiation.
- Work with a Dedicated Client Partnership team that generates hot live listings.
Deal Execution
- Close sales and leasing transactions.
- Access and leverage exclusive projects available only to Betterhomes agents.
- Focus on deal completion with full marketing and administrative support provided.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a high-performing sales environment (Real Estate, Car sales, Recruitment) OR experience in high-end service industries such as Cabin Crew or Luxury Retail.
- Valid driving license.
- Fluency in English.
