Role Overview
Real Estate Administrator at Burjline Builders, responsible for day-to-day administration, property management, and facility management of a real estate portfolio within a Family Office setting.
Role Purpose
Act as the central point of contact for all facility services, payments, access management, documentation, and coordination with real estate agents across the company's real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Re-register and centralize all accounts and accesses under a single set of logins and email address
- Monitor and control payment of service charges, DEWA, and Empower
- Maintain and organize all documentation related to the company and property
Property Management
- Create and manage property listings, maintaining ongoing communication with real estate agents
- Issue and manage viewing passes and coordinate access for property viewings
- Liaise with tenants and agents throughout the leasing process
- Oversee and control the collection of cash payments and cheques from tenants
Facility Management
- Coordinate and order facility management services for all units, including cleaning, maintenance, and technical support
- Monitor service quality and respond promptly to maintenance issues
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience working in a real estate agency is mandatory
- Additional experience in property management, facility management, or real estate administration is a strong plus
- Ability to manage multiple properties
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
