Role Overview
RE Maintenance Coordinator at Hitachi Energy Ltd in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Full-time position, on-site.
Role Purpose
Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all facilities while maintaining high standards of maintenance, housekeeping, and service delivery across Riyadh Factory and Riyadh Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Coordination
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians, cleaners, and support staff.
- Coordinate and follow up with facility maintenance, housekeeping, waste management, recycling, and other service providers.
Maintenance Operations
- Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities are executed as scheduled.
- Monitor and verify completion of routine, corrective, and emergency maintenance works.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations.
Facility Management
- Ensure all Business Unit (BU) facility maintenance requirements are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain facility standards, safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
Access & Compliance
- Issue and monitor contractor gate passes and site access requirements.
- Follow up on work orders, service requests, and contractor performance to ensure compliance with company requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in spoken and written English required.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic required.
