Quantity Surveyor (Saudi National)

Quantity Surveyor position with KBR, responsible for Contracts Management & Procurement. Saudi National candidacy is required.

Role Purpose

Manage project costs, quantities, and contractual valuations throughout the project lifecycle, from initial estimation through final account settlement and interim payment certification.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Estimation & Planning

• Prepare preliminary cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Quantity Measurement & Documentation

• Measure quantities and compile detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for estimations.

Cost Control & Monitoring

• Monitor ongoing project costs against budget.

Financial Settlement

• Reconcile all project costs at completion for final settlement.
• Assess contractor claims and certify interim payments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 6 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with High School education, OR
• Minimum 4 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with Diploma-level education.
• Saudi National (mandatory requirement).
