Quantity Surveyor at JASARA PMC. This role manages the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate cost estimation and control throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Purpose
Ensure projects remain within budget and are completed on time by managing all financial aspects, controlling costs accurately, and identifying efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Estimation
- Prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates and project budgets.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new projects.
- Monitor project expenditures and track costs against budgets.
- Provide regular financial updates and reports to senior management and project teams.
Procurement & Contract Administration
- Evaluate and assess contractor bids and proposals.
- Administer contracts and manage change order processes.
Cost Optimization & Compliance
- Work closely with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 12 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with construction regulations and practices in Saudi Arabia is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
