Role Purpose

Prepare quantity take-offs and manage project valuations, variations, and cost control while producing detailed technical drawings and coordinating with project teams to ensure compliance with specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Quantity Surveying & Cost Management

• Prepare quantity take-offs for project deliverables.
• Manage valuations and variations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Process payment applications and track associated documentation.
• Monitor cost control and project expenditure.

Technical Drawing & Surveying

• Conduct site measurements and surveys.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare as-built drawings using AutoCAD.

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with project teams to align on deliverables and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Deliver project reporting as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices.
• Strong knowledge of structural concrete repairs.
• Strong knowledge of refurbishment works.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing.

Skills & Competencies

• AutoCAD proficiency.
