Role Purpose
Handle cost and quantity management for pipeline and utility works. Review quantities, verify progress, and support financial control of project components.
Key Responsibilities
Cost Control & Valuation
- Manage measurement, valuation, and cost control.
- Review contractor claims and variations.
Contract Administration
- Support contract administration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certified Quantity Surveyor.
- 4–7 years of experience.
- General Pipe Networks Experience.
Skills & Competencies
Technical
- BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
- Cost control.
- Contracts.
