Company Overview

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Production Specialist to support the F-15 Qatar Program.

Role Purpose

Ensure early quality involvement in program development and sustain compliance with program, contract, customer, regulatory and international standards through quality directives, process improvements, supplier oversight and system audits.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Planning & Requirements

• Review proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development.
• Prepare and maintain quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed.

Process Improvement & Root Cause Analysis

• Analyze process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems.
• Participate with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation.
• Conduct research, compile and analyze performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability.

Supplier & Source Quality Management

• Conduct quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements.
• Support business decisions and develop coordinated response for management review and approval.

Audits & Compliance

• Conduct hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements.
• Report audit results to management.

Material & Nonconformance Management

• Analyze data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience with quality or inspection on military aircraft.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience working with F-15 or comparable fighter aircraft.
• 5+ years of experience with quality or inspection on military aircraft (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) (preferred).
• Experience on F-15 platform (preferred).
• F-15 platform weapons experience (preferred).
• Previous Quality Assurance experience (preferred).
• Root cause analysis experience (preferred).

Skills & Competencies

• Quality management system implementation and oversight.
• Process data analysis and statistical analysis.
• Hardware, software and system level audit capability.
• Root cause analysis.
• Supplier quality assessment and management.
• Nonconformance material review and disposition.

Additional Information

Security Clearance & Export Control

• This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
• An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
• This is an export control position; position may be export controlled, government authorization may be required, and employment is contingent upon meeting trade control requirements.

Employment Terms

• Position is 100% onsite; selected candidate will be required to work on-site at Al Udeid AB, Qatar.
• This is a locally hired, international position in Al Udeid, Qatar.
• Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll; compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable local law.
• Employment is subject to candidates' ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities.
• Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime; some positions may include rotating shifts.
• Shift Worker (Qatar).
