Quality Inspector at AtkinsRéalis. The role conducts on-site inspections to ensure materials and workmanship meet project specifications, codes, and standards.

Role Purpose
Conduct on-site inspections of road construction activities to verify that materials, workmanship, and all project deliverables comply with approved specifications, codes, standards, and quality control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Construction Inspections
- Inspect road construction activities including earthworks, subgrade, GSB, sub-base, and asphalt.
- Verify materials against approved specifications and test results.
- Participate in inspections with client and consultant representatives.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with ITPs and project QC procedures.
- Coordinate with contractors to close NCRs and improve workmanship.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily inspection reports and checklists.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
- 3–7 years QC experience in road or highway projects.
- Knowledge of construction materials, testing, and standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
