Role Overview
Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is seeking a Quality Control and Trainer professional to ensure product quality standards are consistently met while providing effective training to staff members. The role is based at Al Gahwa Al Arabiya.
Role Purpose
In this dual role, you will oversee quality control processes, conduct inspections, and implement improvements to maintain high-quality standards while designing and delivering training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently and align with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and tests to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Identify quality issues and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reports.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to quality control.
Training & Development
- Design, plan, and deliver training sessions for new hires and existing staff on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to continuously enhance learning programs.
- Stay updated on training methodologies.
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
- Collaborate with production, sales, and management teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control and/or training roles in the industry.
- Proven experience in quality control and/or training roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, procedures, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices related to quality assurance and staff development.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent training and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive quality improvements.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and training schedules effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
