Quality Auditor II at V2X, located in Kuwait in support of WEXMAC.

Role Purpose
The Quality Auditor II is responsible for performance monitoring of program functional areas. The role independently performs audit surveillances of program internal procedures, Statements of Work (SOW), and other governing documents to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of processes. The position gathers and analyzes data and recommends courses of action to improve performance or resolve problems. This position reports to the Quality Manager, Lead, or designee.
Key Responsibilities
Audit and Surveillance
- Conduct high volume of both scheduled and unscheduled audit surveillances on a continuous basis in functional or operational areas as assigned.
- Prepare accompanying audit reports on a continuous basis.
- Monitor program functions for compliance with the PWS and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).
Corrective and Preventive Action
- Assist in root cause analysis and development of corrective/preventive action plans as required.
- Perform follow-up audits and Correction Action Report (CAR) verifications to determine completeness and effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions.
Leadership and Development
- Provide mentorship to Quality Auditor I.
- Fill in as a Quality Lead as necessary.
General Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Education and Certifications
- High School Diploma required.
- ISO 9001:2015 Auditor certification required, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Two years related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license from country of origin for the purpose of obtaining and maintaining a valid military or Kuwait Driver's License.
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years in Contracting or DOD environment.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years auditing experience.
- Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
- Working familiarity with FAR, DOD and Army Regulations (AR), Army Technical Bulletins (TB), and Technical Manuals (TM).
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Logical thinking ability.
- Expertise in reviewing and understanding contractual documents such as Performance Work Statement (PWS), Statements of Work (SOW), and Quality Management System (QMS).
- Basic experience with all Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database management.
- Minimum typing level of 40 words per minute.
Additional Information
Working Conditions
- Frequent travel to offsite military bases and local Kuwait commercial establishments as required.
- Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (hot, dry, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months).
- Includes some industrial production environment conditions.
Physical Requirements
- Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
- Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where potential exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents could exist.
- Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations, including head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
- Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
