Role Purpose

To ensure the quality and reliability of talabat's digital products by designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies, identifying and resolving defects, and continuously improving QA processes across the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Defect Management

• Design and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing across the product development lifecycle.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
• Conduct regression testing for new releases and updates.

Collaboration & Standards

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks.

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
• Prepare QA reports and metrics for stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English required.
