Role Purpose
Ensure the quality, reliability, and safety of WeRide AI's products and services through comprehensive testing, validation, and continuous improvement of quality processes.
Key Responsibilities
Testing & Validation
- Execute manual and automated testing across products and features.
- Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test documentation.
- Identify, document, and report bugs and defects with detailed information.
- Perform regression testing to ensure fixes do not introduce new issues.
- Conduct performance and load testing to verify system capabilities.
Quality Process & Standards
- Establish and enforce quality standards and testing procedures.
- Monitor and track quality metrics and key performance indicators.
- Participate in continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with development, product, and engineering teams to understand requirements and scope.
- Communicate test results, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support product releases and deployment activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance or testing roles.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with version control systems.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
