Quality Assurance Intern

Role Overview

Quality Assurance Intern at Sarj.ai, based in KSA. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our products, contributing to testing processes, identifying bugs, and improving product quality across various stages of development.

Role Purpose

This internship offers hands-on experience in QA practices within a high-growth AI start-up environment, bridging university education and professional software quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Assist in designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality
• Participate in regression, functional, and performance testing
• Support release cycles by validating features before deployment

Defect Management

• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using appropriate tools
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve defects

Process Improvement

• Help improve QA processes, testing frameworks, and best practices
• Contribute to documentation of test cases, results, and QA procedures

Qualifications & Experience

• Final semester or recent university graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Interest in software quality assurance, testing, and AI technologies
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
• Familiarity with testing tools or programming languages is a plus

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
