Role Overview
QC Senior Inspector at Napco National.
Role Purpose
Systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are attained and drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Process Monitoring
- Monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process at NAPCO to ensure standards of quality are being attained.
- Drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements.
- Conduct or guide Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) on quality incidents or non-conforming products.
- Suggest preventive and corrective actions based on RCA findings.
Planning & Organization
- Organize and plan work and project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short and long-term objectives.
Technical Knowledge & Maintenance
- Apply understanding of different types of technical maintenance and how they are performed at NAPCO.
- Autonomously apply condition monitoring and basic preventive maintenance techniques.
Business Operations
- Use own understanding of NFP business environment and objectives.
- Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma degree.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Saudi National only.
Skills & Competencies
- English language skills.
- Communication skills.
