Role Overview

QC SCMS Operator at Samsung E&A. The position manages inspection status tracking and reporting through the Site Construction Management System (SCMS) for quality control operations.

Role Purpose

To manage and maintain SCMS inspection data, track missed inspections, ensure system functionality, and provide timely inspection status updates to QC Supervisors and the QC Manager to support daily quality control operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & System Management

• Monitor the SCMS to ensure it is working properly.
• Communicate with the SCMS in-charge person to fix any system issues.
• Manage daily updated status within the SCMS.

Reporting & Communication

• Report the inspection status to the QC Manager daily.
• Monitor missed inspection status and inform QC Supervisor and QC Manager.
• Provide daily updated SCMS-related status to the QC Supervisor whenever requested.
• Manage and share the inspection status to each discipline QC Supervisor through the SCMS.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in SCMS management system.
• Quality control background.

Skills & Competencies

• SCMS system knowledge.
• Quality control expertise.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
