Role Overview
QC Inspector – Radiator position at Matar Al Baqmi Holding Company. This role focuses on quality control inspection of radiator manufacturing and repair processes.
Role Purpose
Perform comprehensive quality control inspection of radiator components and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and drawings through incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
Key Responsibilities
Inspection & Testing
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of radiator components and assemblies
- Inspect radiator cores, tubes, fins, tanks, and welding and brazing quality
- Conduct pressure testing and leak testing of radiators
- Identify defects and non-conformities and report to QA and QC team
Quality Assurance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and drawings
- Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures
Coordination & Improvement
- Coordinate with production team to improve product quality
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or ITI or relevant technical qualification
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in radiator manufacturing or repair industry
- Knowledge of welding, brazing, and pressure testing
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Skills & Competencies
- Familiar with QC tools and inspection methods
- Good communication and reporting skills
