Role Purpose

Conduct quality control inspections of piping and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards, plan and coordinate quality procedures, and streamline inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities

Inspection Operations

• Perform inspections on a daily basis according to standard procedures.
• Conduct a variety of inspection functions with minimal supervision.

Quality Management

• Plan and coordinate quality procedures across assigned work.
• Devise ways to streamline processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree with a total of seven (7) years of inspection experience, OR high school diploma with a total of ten (10) years of inspection experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of direct experience supervising construction activities in the Contract Scope of Work (e.g., oil, gas and petrochemical projects, Infrastructure, communication).
• Overall years of experience: 5 years.
• Experience in Inspection Specialty: 3 years.
• Experience in Contract Scope of Work: 2 years.
• High school graduate or higher.

Skills & Competencies

• Thorough knowledge of Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), IPC, ASME 31.9, NFPA 13, 14, 20, 99, IBC, UFC and/or equivalent standards.
• Full conversance with applicable Industry Standards and Specifications.
