Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences in assigned locations and provide detailed feedback to support service excellence and brand development.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Feedback
- Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury stores across assigned markets.
- Share detailed opinions about experiences in luxury retail environments.
- Evaluate luxury brands in sectors including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
- Deliver comprehensive feedback on retail experiences and customer interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Arabic speaker.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Keen attention to detail.
- Punctuality and organizational ability.
