Role Purpose

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands assess and improve their customer service delivery and overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluation & Assessment

• Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores across markets such as cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, or cars.
• Share detailed opinions about experiences in luxury retail environments.
• Deliver feedback on customer experience and service delivery.
