Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel's public spaces while delivering memorable guest experiences that reflect Hilton's hospitality values. Work on behalf of guests and in collaboration with team members to maintain exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping Operations

• Maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values required to represent Hilton Brand standards in housekeeping supervision.
• Manage public area cleanliness and upkeep to consistently meet guest expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
• Successful track record of managing a team.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and analytic skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
• Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office (preferred).
