Role Purpose

Maintain the cleanliness, refresh, and stocking of public areas throughout the hotel to Four Seasons standards while delivering genuine hospitality and anticipating guest needs.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Provide genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area.
• Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns and requests.
• Act decisively to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Offer a special service touch when an opportunity is presented.

Operations & Maintenance

• Maintain public areas of the hotel washrooms to be clean, refreshed, and stocked.
• Conduct routine checks of all public areas.
• Clean and self-inspect public areas as assigned and in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as Housekeeping Attendant within five-star luxury hotels.
• Great attention to detail.
