Public Area Attendant at Four Seasons Hotel DIFC, Dubai.

Role Purpose
To maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and refreshed condition of all public areas within the hotel while delivering genuine hospitality and anticipating guest needs in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Provide genuine hospitality and recognition throughout the work area.
- Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns and requests.
- Act decisively to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Offer special service touches when opportunities are presented.
Facilities Maintenance
- Maintain public areas of the hotel, including washrooms, to be clean, refreshed, and stocked.
- Conduct routine checks of all public areas.
- Clean and self-inspect public areas as assigned in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant within 5-star luxury hotels.
- Great attention to detail.
