Role Purpose

To promote and sell ready properties directly, develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams, and maximize sales opportunities in Dubai's secondary property market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

• Promote and sell ready properties directly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Business Development & Engagement

• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
• Demonstrate ability to self-generate business.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven secondary sales experience in Dubai (luxury preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to self-generate business.
• Strong investment mindset and market understanding.

Skills & Competencies

• Professional, ambitious and performance-driven approach.
• English (mandatory).
• Arabic, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu, or French (preferred).
