Role Purpose

Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in residential and commercial properties by leveraging local market knowledge to provide expert guidance, conduct property viewings, negotiate contracts, and build long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Services

• Assist clients with buying, selling, leasing, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings for clients.
• Provide expert guidance utilizing knowledge of the local market.
• Build long-lasting relationships with clients.

Sales & Negotiation

• Negotiate contracts with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate proven negotiation skills in property transactions.

Marketing & Digital Operations

• Utilize digital tools, CRM systems, and social media for marketing properties.
• Leverage industry-leading marketing support including photography, videography, and digital team resources.
• Manage unlimited marketing budget for property listings provided by the company.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, preferably within the Abu Dhabi market.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and industry dynamics.
• Real estate license or relevant certifications are a plus.
• RERA training (license paid by the company).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
• Proven negotiation skills.
