Role Purpose
As a Property Consultant, you will assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in residential and commercial properties. You will utilize your knowledge of the local market to provide expert guidance, conduct property viewings, negotiate contracts, and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services and Property Transactions
- Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings with prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
Market Knowledge and Guidance
- Provide expert guidance using comprehensive understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and industry dynamics.
- Utilize local market knowledge to advise clients on property investments.
Digital and Marketing Support
- Utilize digital tools, CRM systems, and social media for marketing.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, preferably within the Abu Dhabi market.
- Real estate license or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in social media marketing.
