Role Purpose
To specialize in connecting clients with upcoming projects, maximizing sales opportunities in Dubai's fast-growing property market, and guiding investors and end-users through off-plan purchases while representing the company at industry events and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationships & Advisory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
- Advise clients on project details, payment plans, return on investment (ROI), and market trends.
Business Development & Events
- Conduct property presentations and attend project launches.
- Represent the company at real estate events.
- Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Demonstrate ability to self-generate business.
Sales Performance
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven sales experience in Dubai, with luxury real estate experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate business.
- Strong investment mindset and market understanding.
Skills & Competencies
- Professional and ambitious demeanor.
- Performance-driven approach.
- English language proficiency (mandatory).
