Projects Sales Engineer

Role Overview

Projects Sales Engineer at Al Shirawi Retrofit Engineering Solutions L.L.C, Abu Dhabi. This role drives business growth and manages the sales process for MEP retrofit services.

Role Purpose

To develop and expand business in the Abu Dhabi market by generating new leads, converting them into sales, building strong client relationships, and presenting retrofit solutions while ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in Abu Dhabi.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain and expand an established client network in Abu Dhabi.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales approach.

Client Engagement & Presentations

• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of MEP retrofit services to potential clients.
• Perform site surveys and assessments to understand client requirements.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a positive and professional sales experience.

Performance & Operations

• Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for bookings and billings.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless handover of projects.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-lasting client relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the MEP or engineering industry.
• Established client network and proven track record of success in sales in Abu Dhabi.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong command of English.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems for lead management.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes.

Additional Information

• Valid UAE driving license required for mobility within Abu Dhabi.
