Project & Repair Engineer

Role Overview

Project & Repair Engineer at Al Shirawi Group. This role oversees and executes various repair and replacement projects, requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Role Purpose

The engineer will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions while managing small replacement jobs, executing repairs, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Generate enquiries and manage small replacement jobs and projects.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Operations & Execution

• Execute repairs and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Identify and source the necessary materials and equipment for repairs.
• Conduct site visits and provide on-site support when required.
• Maintain accurate records of all repair and project-related activities.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during repairs.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide regular updates.

Reporting

• Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress and outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the HVAC industry.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
