Role Purpose
Lead project lifecycle management and on-site implementation of logistics infrastructure projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of warehouse automation, civil construction, and operational setup initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle Management
- Initiate projects and develop comprehensive project plans detailing work content and deliverables.
- Adjust project plans according to actual conditions and progress.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure completion and high-quality delivery.
On-site Implementation Management
- Coordinate resources from all parties to manage civil construction renovation, power and communication system installation, logistics automation equipment commissioning, and related tasks.
- Ensure tasks proceed in an orderly manner according to schedule and are delivered on time.
Project Delivery and Integration
- Collaborate with planning, operations, R&D, equipment suppliers, and other parties to organize project training and on-site setup.
- Lead warehouse relocation activities and starting operations to ensure smooth project launch.
Standards and Methodology Development
- Accumulate and compile project implementation techniques and construction standards based on Middle East project experience.
- Apply principles of compliance, efficiency, and economy in standardization efforts.
- Continuously iterate and improve standards to enhance efficiency and quality of future project construction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Automation, or related fields.
- More than 3 years of experience in project implementation.
- Familiar with overseas working environments and logistics policies.
- Experience managing automated projects such as large-scale warehousing centers and sorting centers.
- Priority given to candidates with overseas project implementation experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language for meetings, reports, and project communication.
- Rigorous logical thinking and data sensitivity.
- Strong summarization and induction abilities.
- Data analysis capabilities and proficiency in at least one data analysis tool such as EXCEL, SQL, or Python.
- Strong project management and cross-departmental coordination abilities.
- Structured thinking process with capacity to distil methodologies from projects.
- Ability to adapt to periodic business trips within the Middle East region.
