Project Manager - SP with JASARA PMC, a distinguished project management consultancy focused on delivering world-class social infrastructure projects that align with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.

Role Purpose
Oversee multiple projects to ensure completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, manage resources effectively, and ensure project objectives are met while facilitating collaboration and maintaining strong communication between all parties.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scope Management
- Lead planning and implementation of project activities, including scope, timeline, and budget management.
Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Risk & Issue Management
- Monitor and report on project progress, managing risks, and providing solutions to issues that arise.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 12-15 years of project management experience, preferably in construction or engineering.
- Property project management experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience with budgeting and resource management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Aconex, Revit, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-starter with strong execution and project delivery capability.
