Project Manager

Role Overview

Project Manager for the Chief Executive Officer's Private Projects at Retal. This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and manages strategic and confidential initiatives.

Role Purpose

Lead and execute strategic and confidential projects directly under the CEO with strong leadership, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage high-priority initiatives with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Lead end-to-end execution of the CEO's private and strategic projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure timely delivery of all initiatives

Planning & Delivery

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Track progress against established milestones and deliverables
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across projects

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate across internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
• Ensure alignment of projects with the CEO's vision and organizational goals

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for the CEO
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
