Role Overview
Project Manager - Agriculture & Palm at Burjline Builders, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Role Purpose
Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery in the agriculture and palm sectors, ensuring timely and high-quality results from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Budget Management
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
- Manage project budget and expenses, track project costs, and provide regular financial reports.
Execution & Monitoring
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the agriculture or palm industries.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
